Condition: Blockstun

When a creature whose taken enough damage supressess the pain momentarily, but leaves themselves open to attack. Non-player creatures gain the Off-Guard Condition, while, players only stop losing Hit Points.   Save-based damage ignores blockstun.
Blockstun occurs instantly, after a creature's HP reaches a certain point. once reached, they do not take further damage from the single blow no matter the damaging number (100 Damage or 1 Damage).   After the non-player creature stops taking damage, they gain the Off-Guard condition until the start of their next turn. (Reminder: Off-Guard: -3 penalty to target’s AC, saves and all d20 rolls). Once again, this part of the condition only affects npcs.   If a creature has Armor HP, this happens when their Armor HP reaches 0 always. If a non-player creature's armor HP is bypassed (as with Poison ⚙️ damage or another effect), this also activates Blockstun, though they still take damage.   Some features and abilities will ignore this, such as the Charging Strikes weapon trait and the Two-Hand⚙️ weapon trait for melee weapons. Some abilities have follow ups when the target reaches a Blockstun breakpoint.   Blockstun's health barrier is universally ignored by damage involving saves, such as some abilities from spellcasters, or a Dragon's Breath.
