Certain Actions and Abilities that normally have a restriction (such as the "Part of an Attack" syntax/cost of only one per Attack) can be ignored, leading to such action(s) or abilities being layered with the same free action.

An example of such would be being able to use Swipe and Cleaving Strike at the same time.
