Ability Description

You cause harm to a creature with disruptive energy.

Make a melee spell attack against a creature you can reach. On a hit, the target takes Shadow damage equal to 3d10 ↗⤴ + 2 x your spellcasting attribute. This spell has no effect on constructs.

Since most Undead are powered by negative energy, this spell heals them instead of damaging them. Against creatures with the undead trait, this spell heals them for half the damage that would be inflicted (rounded up).

Augmentation + other notes

↗/Augmented by Level: For characters at 5th level or higher, add 1d10 to the healing or damage. At 10th character level and higher, add another 1d10, for +2d10.

⤴/Augment Up: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the Healing increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 1st.

True Name⚙️: If cast backwards, this spell becomes Inflict Wounds
