Tradition: Pnuemancy

Pnuemancy is all about manipulating the forces of life and death, applying positive or negatively charged energy through one's body to another. Healing, Necromantic, and several other abilities have to do with Pnuemancy (including the rare blood magic, when it arises.

 

In classic School of Magic terms, only the death side of Pnuemancy had a school associated with it (called Spell School of Necromancy), while the Life and other aspects of such were relegated to other spell schools or were categorized also as Necromancy (using a far earlier version of the term, rather than how it's treated in other editions circa 1970).

...I just named it something else and made it less confusing. While I'm at it, it's pronounced "New-mancy" or "Nu-uh-mancy". Not "p'num-ancy'.
