Ability Description |
You conjure a howling winds and heavy clouds from above, calling upon the weather to bring forth a frozen onslaught.
In a radius of 30 ft from a point you choose within range, you form a cylinder from the ground to as high up as you can see, with clouds forming atop them. If any surface blocks the top (such as a ceiling or a cloud), the cylinder ends there. While concentrating, the area becomes Greater Difficult Terrain, and any creature that starts their turn in the cylinder must make a Fortitude Save, takes 6d8 ⤴ Cold damage on failure. Allies inside the cylinder have Advantage on the save, and are not affected by the terrain difficulty from the spell.
On your turn, you may use your Movement to move the Cylinder instead of yourself, up to your Movement and any changes (such as Rushing | ◈◈).
