Bugbear Bandit Boss

If one Trick-kin wasn't enough, a whole band seems to be coming for you. Leading the charge, riding a ferocious looking steed, is a heavily armored bugbear pointing their weapon at you and barking some order. You're not sure if the impending hail of arrows or the spiky furred man is worse.
  A nomral Bugbear, but spikier.

    Actions

    Attacks | ◈ per, up to 2 a turn
The Bugbear Bandit will attack the same enemy up to twice. They will often try to engage others in melee, or throw their weapons otherwise.
    Morningstar | ◈ | Melee Weapon Attack | +4 to hit | Hit: 9 ( 2d8+3 ) Piercing or Slashing damage
    Javelin, Thrown | ◈ | Ranged Weapon Attack (30/120 ft) | +4 to hit / Hit: 9 ( 2d6+3 ) Piercing damage.
      Dirty Trick : ~0.5 | ◈◈ | Targets Reflex, single target
Once per turn, the creature will either use the Hide Action, or attempt to strangle an enemy. If strangling, the targeted creature makes a Reflex saving throw vs DC 14, or an Athletics or Acrobatics Skill check vs a harder DC 19. If the target fails, they are Grappled, and cannot breathe.
      Focus THIS One! : ~0.5 | ◈
The Bandit Boss commands their allies to attack one enemy creature, doing so on their turn(s) with at least one attack. The Bandit Boss will target either the farthest or fleeing enemy, or the enemy creature they're engaged with. They will not target unconcious creatures.

    -Tactics-

Bugbear Bandit Bosses (or BBBs) act as both shock trooper and leaders of many Trick-Kin bandit camps. They are strangely organized and practice self preservation above glory (i.e. they aren't afraid to run when a battle gets too tough). This is what seperates the normal Bandits from their bosses for Bugbears.   They will often seek higher powers to follow, acting as mercenaries when running smaller warbands. Often, while being tracked, they will walk in single file lines to mask their numbers. Goblin Bandits regularly work with other Trick-Kin and those that understand them, including Goblins, Satyr, and Orcs.
