A sharp, near humanoid whistle is the first thing you hear, before a figure swoops over you. Land on the ground with a weird grace is a large, black feather creature holding a blade toward you. They barely made a sound, as the did the other half dozen that slowly surround you.
Small, angry bird that wants your shinies.

First Strike : ~0.5
In the first round of a combat, the Birdfolk Bandit has advantage on attack rolls against any creature hasn't gone yet, or that is Off-Guard.
Glide : ~0.5
If a creature with this feature were to start falling, their fall is slowed by 60 ft per round, canceling any fall damage.
Attacks | ◈ per, up to 2 a turn
The Birdfolk Bandit spends actions to attack with either a shortsword or shortbow. They will often attack from range, and use the environment to their advantage.
Shortsword | ◈ | Melee Weapon Attack | +4 to hit | Hit: 7 ( 1d6+3 ) Slashing damage
Shortbow | ◈ | Ranged Weapon Attack (80/320 ft) | +4 to hit / Hit: 7 ( 1d6+3 ) Piercing damage.
Birdfolk come in many shapes in size, and are often associated with magics or folklore that surrounds their history. The bandit, however, forgoes that for riches and thensome. Although they are no more dangerous than a Goblin, they are more fragile, at the cost of being far faster.
As such, a Birdfolk Bandit will use the environment and their quick movement to evade attackers and/or escape when they lose their advantage in combat.
