Draconic Wings

You've grown, or long since had, a pair of dragon wings that can be used to help you defy gravity or ride the wind. As a Free Action / ◇, you may open your wings to slow your fall. Doing so slows your descent to 60 ft per round, and reduces Fall Damage you would take to 0. You must not be Grappled, Restrained, Staggered, or Stunned to use this talent. Additionally, at character level 5, you can use the Fly ability on yourself alone, being able to magically fly with ease. You may use this ability a number of times per Long Rest equal to your Proficiency Bonus. At character level 9, this talent has no limit.
