The Council of Fýlakes

The Council is composed of the four Fýlakas and led by the Oracle.

Structure

The Council is composed of the four seniormost Fýlakes and the Oracle. Council members serve for life. When a member of the Council retires or passes away, the remaining Council members select a replacement.

History

Kassandra established the Council at the same time as the Order of Akadimía. She tasked the Council with the day-to-day operational oversight of the network of Fýlakes. Since that time, the Council ensures the accuracy and effectiveness of the cells' information collection activities. As the Council leader, the Oracle monitors the network's actions to ensure they maintain a low profile and takes steps when members fail to maintain anonymity.
