RESPONSIBILITIES
The employee will be responsible for completing any work assignments that will include, but not be limited to:
- Reconnaissance
- Security (serving as bodyguards, guarding locations, bouncer, security details for transports, etc.)
- Research
- Combat
RESPONSIBILITIES OF BOTH PARTIES
Employee Employee responsibilities are as follows:
- Represent Heist and Co. throughout all known and unknown realms.
- Share all information gathered during an assignment with Heist & Co
- Requesting information as needed
Employer. The employer has the following responsibilities:
- Maintain employee confidentiality.
- Make clear that you reserve the right to refuse assignments for any reason.
- Providing information necessary for the proper completion of each assignment
- Sharing extrapolated information received from the completion of assignments upon request.
- Employer may accept outside jobs on the group’s behalf for a finders fee of 20% of the contract value
ASSIGNMENTS
Acceptance. Each assignment accepted by the Employee from Heist and Co will be respectably completed by the employee. Assignments may be selected from the community bulletin board.
Refusing Assignments While each employee has the right to refuse any assignment. Refusal of an assignment will result in a penalty fee of 15% of the assignment’s pay. This fee will vary by assignment.
PAYMENT
While on an assignment the Employee will receive a 2 GP per day, in addition to the completion reward assigned to each assignment.
PARTY
Safety of employees is important at Heist and Co., as such each employee is assigned to join a group (“party”) of individuals for mission completion.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Employer agrees to keep the identity and background of each employee completely confidential and protected.
The Employee acknowledges that they may be privy to confidential information including but not limited to:
- Information regarding the location of various important people
- Future plans
- Security information
DEATH
The employee and employer are aware that there is a chance for possible death during assignments. Compensation to the party and the individual's family (If applicable) of 5000 GP. To be split up however the party and individual's family decide.
STATEMENTS OF INTENT AND RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Employee to enter into this Agreement. The Agreement and release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind Employee’s heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
Employee agrees that Employer may provide Employee with other sources of information, and items to be used during assignments.
The Employee understands that the Employer makes no warranties as to accuracy nor reliability of such information. The employee will not hold the Employer liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from use or affiliation with such materials.
Employee agrees to independently assess any decisions, actions, or inactions resulting from or relating to the employment experience.
BREACH OF CONTRACT OR BETRAYAL TO THE HEIST CO, AND ASSOCIATE OR ALLY
In the event that the contract is breached on either end.
- In the event that Heist Co. breaches the contract payment in the amount of 3000 PP or the responsible member(s) of the company will be sentenced to time in jail.
- In the event that the party breaches the contract payment in the amount of 3000 PP or the responsible party member(s) will be sentenced to time in jail.
- The sentence served will be left to a judge that will be appointed by the Alnerwick Council, or at the request of the individual hearing can be held outside of the Neutral Zone by an agreed-upon third party. Judges can be requested from Boulderham, Ulster Heights, Luxuria, Nimbus, or The Kingdom of Fluff.
THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY
If the party wishes to remain anonymous that can be arranged for a small fee and this party will have no official association with Heist and Co.
NOTICE OF CHANGE IN LEGAL STATUS
Any change of name, residency, material status, race, or level of education should be notified to Hesit and Co within two weeks of the change becoming legal. Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken against the responsible individual.
The parties to this Agreement have fully read and understand all terms of this Agreement.
