The Shaper
The divine being shrouded in tales of myth and legend who created The Brass Bowl of Tentotta.
The Shaper is a deity worshipped exclusively in the region of Tentotta in Melopia. Despite little evidence and no religious texts supporting his existence, his faith remains as the oldest standing religion in The Brass Bowl.
Faith
Tentottans believe that The Shaper always was, always has been, and always will be. They claim that The Shaper has no history other than providing life for the world with the waters of life and sculpting the planet as he desires. The Shaper is believed to have the powers to sculpt the earth, move the oceans, drown continents and raise others. He has the power to freeze the lands, or even the seas - but uses his powers to keep the peaceful balance of life within the world.Every living thing contains water and thrives from it, The Shaper is a part of their life and their return to the water after death.
Form
The Shaper is in constant turmoil. His form never rests in its eternal cycle of change and renewal. His force fight against the continental powers of the planet - a battle of encroaching new landmass being slowly slain by erosion. The Shaper has no control over the forces of air and is often a slave to it. His precipitation is blown in unpredictable manners, his waves are pulled by the moons and his glacial forms are scoured into smooth forms by the wind.Function
The Shaper is believed to be a part of all bodies of water, from the smallest puddle to the greatest oceans. He sits atop the tallest mountains in a blanket of snow and continues to shape the world with glaciers and meandering rivers. His symbol of faith is a six pointed snowflake, and can be depicted in either it's most basic line form or in ornate and complex variations. It's a motif that can be found throughout every detail of folk life in The Brass Bowl.Founding
Many believe that the impact crater where city of The Brass Bowl resides was once known as The Shaper's Seat where he came to sit and rest. Wanting to be as close their god as possible, people built a settlement in the shelter of the crater. Local historical documents claim that The Shaper's spirit protects the city from all natural harm. The layout of the city still reflects the mark of The Shaper to this day. by TJ Trewin

All over the planet, within it and above it - in every form that water can take.
He is the thunder of an avalanche.
He is the roaring of the ocean waves.
He is the gentle patter of rain.
And he is silent as the snow.
A religion of water-worshipers is an interesting concept. The water cycle is, after all, on of the most influential things there is upon life on earth.
Very true!
