Brief History
The Calareon family was the powerhouse of Valyria for over a thousand years. Enjoying the benefits and accolades that came with. Now they have been superseded and do not relish nor desire to remain secondary. Try as they might to remain true to their words “Always rising”. The Calareon family had the most dragons and the largest under their yoke. This allowed them to garner the greatest support and become the most powerful of the dragon lords. Their reach extended from the North to the South and West as far as one could go. Outposts in Mantarys, Essaria, Tyrosh and more recently Valysar provided opportunity and considerable wealth along with their mines. As the Valcorans ascended and the failed attack on Taeron Valcoran and Curose cost them two full grown dragons. Their power has started to wane, though their client families still remain true to their patrons for now.
