It’s been a long and exhausting day. You can deal with tomorrows problems…tomorrow. As soon as your head hits the folded clothes in your sac, you’re out like a candle. When you wake to turn over, you see both Dorbane and Valda in their cots…the dwarf snoring like a bear.
You turn over and quickly fall back to sleep.
…what you fail to notice, however, are the two figures in the corners of the room, garbed in black.

That’s unfortunate, because they slit your throat.

In the morning, the alarm is sounded through out the city. Your bodies are found in the room, where all the furniture is over tuned and bloodied.
There was a great fight. Dorbane went crazy in the night, slitting your throat and then attacking the Gypsy. He killed her with several slashes of the axe, bleeding her out…but not before she shoved her dagger into his eye socket.
Kutollum blame the woman, the Iskari and humans blame the dwarves. The City is in an uproar…and before the week is through, fights break out between the races.
The leaders fight to keep the alliance together, but the future is unsure.
