Run back into your room and lock the door #100

Ok, you think, this is not good. The door rattles. You back away from it.
There’s no way out, except for the window.
With no other option but to fight, you hold a blanket up to the window and break the glass with your elbow.
Climbing out onto the rooftop, you get through the opening just as the door breaks open.
“Come back here!” snarls the pitted faced man.
You give him a smile and a not-so-friendly gesture with your hand as you crawl away, out of sight. It’s a long way down and you’re not quite sure how to get your feet safely on the ground. Each time you look at the street below, you stomach heaves and you have to cling to the shingles of the roof. “There he is!” growls a voice from behind you. Three men have crawled out onto the roof after you!
You panic and unfortunately, crawl too fast across the shingles. Several of the wood slats give way. You can’t stop sliding. If it wasn’t for your flailing about, you might have landed on the large hay stack near the stable entrance. As it happens…
