The pain, frustration and anger swells up in you and you start to get up.
“Those dirtbags need to pay!” you hiss.
Valda kicks you in the shins so hard, you fall into your seat.
“OW!” you bellow, “What the blast was THAT for!?”
She glares at you…like the moron you are. Dorbane and Dagan, as drunk as they might be, also stare at you, dumbfounded.
The talking has gone silent in the booth next to you. Instead, you hear the moving of chairs and footsteps pass your booth.
“Wonderful,” Valda hisses, “now they know we’re here.”
“Not the brightest reaction I’ve seen from you,” moans Dorbane, as he peeks between the red curtains.
