“We need you to help Aggie create a distraction.” #103

For the third time, Dorbane pushes your jaw up, but it just falls open again. Aggie giggles, overly proud of her work—but Valda isn’t so sure. The Gypsy continues to tap her foot, waiting for some sort of verbal response…but nothing comes.
Dressed in a barmaids outfit, Valda looks like…a woman.
Not that you didn’t know she was female before, but….woah.
“If you don’t start looking at me above the next, I’m going to carve your eyes out with my knife,” she whispers. “You’re embarrassing me!”
“Sorry!” you stammer, blinking extra hard. You had no idea there was such beauty under the dirt and boyish clothes she wore. “Sorry…” It’s a sight you won’t easily get out of your brain anytime soon.
“You alright?” Valda asks…and Dorbane just laughs into the sleeve of his tunic.
“Uh, yeah,” you reply. “No! I’m not, actually. I, uh, don’t think you should go downstairs after all.” You nod at her, then quickly, turn your head to look at the wall. “We don’t need a distraction after all. Uh—do we, Dorbane?”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about, lad—that’s one of the most powerful distractions I’ve seen in years.”
“Why thank you,” responds the Gypsy with a curtsy. “I think.”
