The valley contains both strange energies and ancient runes. Where these initially seem irrelevant, over time their presence will be revealed to matter a lot.
Cosmology
The valley was abandoned after tales of chaos, fire, earth-shuddering, curses by evil dragons, monster invasions, and so much more. What really happened, nobody knows, but the valley fell and is now abandoned.
Principal Geography & Features
Surrounded by tall mountain ranges on all sides, the valley was carved out by rivers deep and calm enough to sail through. With the old roads no longer safe, it takes a long while to travel around, making proper camping preparation a must. Village remnants and fortification ruins can be found in various places.
Initial Active Setting
The entire valley will take a while to uncover, initially players will start at the high plains. As such, only the main points of other areas will be described. As players grow and start influencing the valley, more detail will be added.
