Sicabe

Founder of the Hollowguard Scout group, Sicabe is a well-known figure thanks to her reports of the Hollowguard's first explorations. All member of her group are formal members of the Crow's Nest, sharing information freely about any threats or mysteries they encounter in the valley. Their reports are all written down by Sicabe herself.
Grandchild of a noble's bastard child, Sicabe has enough noble blood and manners in her that nobles tend to begrudgingly respect her, even if they feel mostly contempt for civilians. Despite this, she still has had her fair share of bad encounters with nobles and merchants, which would be why she is a dedicated member of the Crow's Nest.
Sicabe decided to become an explorer when she was very young, with old friends and acquaintances eagerly telling stories about her exploits as a child. Taking out dangerous serpents, using a selfmade sling to take down a Terror Bird attacking nearby livestock, escorting a giant spider to safety when it got stuck in a pond, all stories that made her explorer parents proud. Since then she has ventured far and wide.

Trained in a large variety of weapons and tactics, Sicabe can take on varying creatures, while also knowing when to withdraw. She passes this experience on to her group the Hollowguard, which means that they already are as efficient as a group of knights.
Her survival skills are considered top notch. Tracking, gathering, cooking, all kinds of skills she possesses and is willing to train others in. We highly recommend sending her with other groups as a teacher, to better improve the standards of explorers in the valley.

Mental

Social skills can also be a form of survival skills, as Sicabe has shown. She has repeatedly managed to handle fussy nobles, while also knowing when to prepare an ace up her sleeve. While there have been some employers that betrayed her, she made sure to get what she was owned through other means.
It also was Sicabe who first approached the Blue Crow with the proposal to act as a leading example. This greatly helped the public image of the Crow's Nest.
