Blue Crow

Local leader of the Crow's Nest, the Blue Crow is supposedly the only leader present in the valley. At the very least, they're the only one identifying themself as such. This is why most folks are lazy enough to just call them Crow, as the colour is unneeded when only one leading Crow is present.
In short, moreso even than the other Crows, the Blue Crow is a sneaky bastard. They keep all their personal details to themself, to the point where age, gender, ancestry are all a guess. At least we know they pee while standing, though that is no guarantee either.
Crow even stays out of sight wherever possible, so that even at the Crow's Nest they are an enigmatic being. Their skill at keeping out of sight includes escaping any annoying duties on their name, yet always being the first to the snacks in the break room.

The Blue Crow is athletic and elegant, so one would expect them to use a rapier, but no, cutlass it is. The main reason they don't wear pirate hats and eyepatches all the time, is that we either hide or burn them. Nowadays burning is the preferred option.
We suspect Crow is a capable brawler, but they are too slippery and always stay out of trouble. A few times they caused a bar fight but immediately were out of sight, avoiding arrest and not even receiving a well-deserved punch.

Mental

Their mental acuity is excellent, quickly catching onto subtext and anything people try to keep hidden. Incidentally this is why we started burning the pirate hats instead, while disguising the smell so they keep looking for them anyway.
Crow avoids social situations, letting others do the talking. However, they do sometimes go out and manipulate people, but it is always disguised. Whenever Crow ventures forth, it always is with a physical disguise enhanced with magic.
