Changeling
When Fey retrieve some pet humans for the Fetched, they leave some of themselves behind. To some of them, this might be a way to make an equal trade of sorts. Others are just trying to sow chaos.
While they are brought up as humans, Changelings are not. While they delight in emotions, they have less propensity for empathy than their peers. They might manifest some strange powers by the time they hit puberty, but they have started to subconsciously use abilities years before.
A changeling always has some strange marking or other sign that gives away their true nature to those who know exactly what they're looking for.

Genetics and Reproduction
While they aren't human, Changelings absorb enough of the similarities due to where they live that they often become capable of producing offspring with humans. Such an outcome is very uncommon, and there are spiritual barriers that need to be intentionally pushed back. There is no risk of such offspring from non-consensual sex.
