The Irral Kitril work in smaller, close-knit groups and are far more individualistic. With a less centralized culture, each Irral Kitril is encouraged to forge their own path, believing that fostering such independence leads to great achievements. They remain willful and fiercely independent, with their strongest allegiance being first to their clannish warrior bands and then to the greater Irral Kitril collective, the vast tribe to which all belong.   By their nature, the Irral Kitril are a diverse group of freethinkers driven by loyalty to one another and the bonds of their clans rather than abstract notions of authority or hierarchy. As a result, many of them cultivate skills beyond their primary professions, eschewing the rigid caste systems that was once in Old Ansko Empire. For example, some of their Artificiers are also highly skilled warriors. Different clans take great pride in distinguishing themselves through unique variations in weapons, armor, symbols, and dress.   Regardless of clan, the principles of reputation and personal responsibility are paramount among the Irral Kitril. Every individual is expected to be accountable for their actions, and their deeds, rather than words, define their worth. This emphasis on personal honor and accomplishment acts as the guide for all members of the Irral Kitril. Though individual clans may engage in rivalries and feuds, they are quick to unite against common threats that endanger their people.   Unlike the Noust Drokilit however, female Irral Kitril are able to become figures of authority and warriors.
