Noust Drokilit or in the their full name, nomenes svaust re edrokilt, is a long-timed culture of the Old Ansko Empire and were the higher caste of Old Ansko Empire and the vast majority of them are chromatic Dragonborn.
They consider themselves better than Irral kitril and indeed, they ruled their society for thousands of years.
