Welcome one, welcome all, to Beezos' Travelling Circus! Welcome to our ragtag collection of carnival delights, hand picked by myself for your enjoyment! For this is no normal circus. The show you are about to see is one of magic, one of splendor, and one of utter magnificence!
Beezos Bumblebloom, ringmaster
Beezos' Travelling Circus is a circus troupe touring around the southern half of Vehasi. It is a fairly popular circus, generally gathering a crowd of a few hundred people per show - with even more coming on nights and weekends. The show, run by its namesake Beezos Bumblebloom, is one where magic is intrinsic in each of its acts.

Structure

The circus is led by Beezos Bumblebloom, a gnomish man seemingly entirely detached from his species of heritage. As the ringleader, Beezos organises and introduces each act of his circus, as well as mapping and planning routes, and overseeing advertisement for the show. The remaining members of the circus each perform their own acts, which can vary depending on who is travelling with the circus at any given time. Notable former members of the circus are Wrath Wildfire and Shaco, a fire artist and clown respectively. Additional members include Dizzy, a flying aerobatics performer, Damian Greatroar, a lion tamer, and Jack Hart, a more general performance artist. The other members of the circus have a tendency to come and go - the three mentioned previously are the few who have remained with the circus for the entirety or near-entirety of its tours.

Culture

The members of Beezos' circus are an eccentric group of which many are friends, some have friendly rivalries, and others hate each other's guts. Still, for the purposes of the show and for the sake of Beezos himself, they pretend to be friends in front of audiences. For those that do already get along, this is easy - but for those who are not, even the most trained performer occasionally has cracks in their visage.
One major disagreement was between Shaco and Beezos, when Shaco was still a member of the troupe. Beezos did not agree with Shaco's idea of what constituted a prank, and Shaco was always defensive when Beezos tried to bring this up. This would lead to Shaco playing "pranks" on Beezos himself, stealing cards from his decks or undoing the rope allowing his tent to stand at night - an incident that sparked multiple injuries, a large argument, and the cancellation of a show.

Public Agenda

The travelling circus exists as a form of entertainment to families, or anyone wishing to take an evening to relax. It is a child-friendly show (though this was less true when Wrath was still around and had a tendency to accidentally set things aflame), and one meant to be enjoyable to all audiences. It has appealed to many, and become quite the popular attraction across southern Vehasi, where the troupe does the majority of its tours. Beezos has also thought about expanding the circus' reach to northern Vehasi as well, in the wake of this success.
In its interior, it is a place where outcasts and strange folk can find a place together outside of the conventions of regular society, making friends and finding comfort from each other. While the effectiveness of this intention does vary, with there being some contention between a few of the members of the circus.

Welcome one, welcome all, to Beezos' Travelling Circus!

I love that Beezos was the one to contribute the document. That made me laugh a little. :D   Sounds like it would be a fun show to watch. I'm very curious about the personal relationships between everyone. Seems like a complicated found family. :D
