Purpose / Function
The Jack Pine Tower is home to the W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. base located in Maryland. This station is only a few miles away from Washington D.C.
Design
The tower is sleek and modern. The outside is quite generic but displays a subtle logo of Lacewing: Stormy Eclipse.
Entries
The normal entrance door provides access to the faux tech quarters and its accompanying offices. There are hidden elevators and staircasses that lead to the true confidential floors. There are also secret underground chambers and passages.
Denizens
W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. agents of all ranks, along with commanders, base operatives, and even some scientists call this location home in addition to the "employees" of Lacewing who keep busy downstairs.
Tourism
The tower is located not too far from a high-activity district but is well concealed under the disguise of a pseudo-company called Lacewing: Stormy Eclipse. There are agents hired in for the sole purpose of completing the tasks of the faux technology solutions firm. The upper levels of the building are heavily guarded and password protected. They can only be accessed via hidden elevators and staircases that are not apparent to the public.

Environmental Effects
The ambiance of the Lacewing office includes telephones ringing, client chatter, coffee machine gurgling, and printer whirring, among other sounds that are typically heard in such an office. The confidential W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. floors are well concealed with soundproofing so that no sensitive information may be overheard accidentally or intentionally.
