Gaspern

  • These small creatures are jagged and bony. They move slowly, reaching from within cover to bind prey until they choke the life from them. This is how they got their name. Gasp (last gasp) ern (to yearn for).
  • They are bipedal, with three long arms. They have not been known to use tools, but their arms aid in quiet movement. The can see, but they also produce a high-pitched clicking sound once their presence has been discovered.
  • Their appearance is generally considered to be unsettling.
