Shepherd’s Cloak

It is said that shepherds walk further than most merchants and travelers despite never going far from home. Long ago, a single shepherd discovered that his cloak had been acting strange. Almost alive. Scared at the thought, he traded it to a shepherd from a neighboring civilization. So too did she notice even stranger happenings. The colors often changed. She traded it further away to a shepherd she would surely not cross again for she shuttered at the idea of the strange cloak. He noticed strange properties and traded it further. And so the legend goes. Today, a shepherd tending to his flock wears a cloak with magical properties that have grown with every new owner.
