On Good and Evil Drow

It's a historical inaccuracy to state that the majority of drow are evil by nature. A large portion do follow the teachings of Lolth and therefore pursue more evil ends. But many others enjoyed living in the Underdark yet despised the dark god's teachings. Most of these other drow societies branched off of those that worship Lolth. Matriarchy is still strong among them and some still worship spiders while condemning the Spider Queen.
