All magi trained by the Arcanum are summoned by Zur.

Edge Witches & Wizards

All edge witches and wizards are forbidden from practicing magic (arcane and primal). Those that disobey will be found and burned at the stake.
Pressure also mounts against divine magic, but for now the Great Church remains too powerful to challenge.
