Ander Rockwater

Ander Rockwater is an esteemed member of the Water Guild in Skylast.
The Water Guild is in charge of all incoming/outgoing trade operations on the water. They also govern laws about water use, sewer systems, and irrigation in and around Skylast.
Ander often renames everything he comes across. If he sees a sword, he may say, “Very nice ticker. Well-made indeed.”
If he sees money, he may say, “Not enough wallows for my service, good sir. Pony up or move along.”
