Xan-Pei
Xan-Pei is the ancient capital of the Hegemony of Xesian. No foreigners are allowed in the city, not even other citizens of the hegemony. The city serves as the nation's sit of power and as such completely devoid of entertainment, markets, inns and other services found in most cities. Every one of the city's denizens is a working member with a will defined role who migrates without their family unit.
