Ogan

Ogan is the title of a Hobgoblin who rules over sizeable terriroy or over multiple clans. The title usually refers to absolute rulers, such as in the Hegemony of Xesian. The title is also tied heavily into hobgoblin cultures and societies, and is often passed down inside a family in a somewhat similar fashion to that of nobility that is common within humanoid cultures.
