King Javier Vigos

King Javier Vigos, the II was an Amarrisian human from Odiva. He was the 18^th King of Amarris and the leader of House Vigos. He is mostly known for moving the country capital from Odiva in the Amarrisi Highlands to Nerath in the Long Coast. He ruled for 32 years before being succeeded by his grandson, Mudorajio Vigos.
