(Kah-lee'-troh), , is a Davrin Elf born in Sivaraus.
Callitro is a young battlemage living in the Wizard's Tower. He is of average size and attractiveness for a male Davrin, with striking orange-rust colored eyes. In public, he wears a blue mage's robe with gold and purple stitching, denoting him as a wizard of the Tower, with a brown sash indicating his training in casting offensive blast spells in the field.
Background
Callitro was born a Noble of the Fourteenth House, Shenpra, too far down the birth order (number six) to gain much of his Matron's favor before his mage potential was revealed in an accidental explosion in a storage shed when he was barely forty turns old.
His Matron had no patience or interest in tugging enough political strings to have him tutored at home. Rather than punish him (severely), she chose favor with the Valsharess by gifting her youngest son before he could be discovered and summoned, volunteering him for permanent residence at the Wizard's Tower.
Current
Callitro has been living and studying in the Tower for the entire century following his presentation to the Valsharess. He leaves only to attend functions at the Palace or practice spells on Aurenthin land. He has no strong yearning to return his former House, where he was all but ignored, and has been sheltered from the truly brutal areas of Sivaraus.
Callitro is something of a prodigy with an oddly mild temperament for a natural blast-caster in addition to the extraordinary patience required for crafting magical items. Headmaster Phaelous has seen to his education in such a way that both his natural aptitudes and submissive nature are preserved and encouraged, as this complementary combination may lead to a longer-than-average life for the bua.
Recently, Phaelous's evaluation and selected course has borne fruit for the young mage, as his talent was noticed and viewed favorably by the Sisterhood during a skirmish with Ornilleth thralls. Actively welcoming a young Red Sister's attention, Callitro is building his first bonds outside the sequestered dormintory of wizards.
