An active yakuza member. Fostered Umeji Tatsuya in the Hiragi Clan. Truly an expert on the money side of things: extortion, stock manipulation, protection payments, and money laundering. He taught Umeji, his 'little brother' everything he knows about surviving and thriving in the mob.
His father said he should be a police detective.
Hiro was shot in the attack on the Hiragi clan and owes Umeji his life. He has an idea about how to repay Uemji if he can convince is little brother to listen to him again after the betrayal.
His given name is Hiroshi, but everyone calls him Hiro.
