Cicero Cdevenz Roan (a.k.a. Ragged)
Ragged is motivated by the need she feels to protect what's important to her. She'll lie, cheat, and steal to protect herself and her 'cuz'. She's also protective of the other members of her found family. She's been known to go a little to far though, when her 'family' is insulted or threatened. Even butting heads with members of the Border Cartel on occasion (thought not openly).
She's extremely terrible at interacting with people. She gets nervous and tends to fall back on being insulting to cover her insecurity about it. Ragged is good at her work, and that work is picking locks. She also is fairly decent at puzzles and coming up with lockpicking tool ideas.

Hydraulic Pick
Ragged wears a hydraulic pick on her arm when on a job. It doubles as a shield and a place to store daggers. It's mainly used for opening industrial vualts, though they're not as common on her planet as they are on Vondren. It was made for her by her crewmate, Nidus, who periodically adds more to it as Ragged gets ideas. One such enhancement is the feature that lets it start drivers if she can pick their ignition.Mental characteristics

Childhood
Cicero is the daughter of two of the members of Synthetic Rebirth. The group was a family, but they were under the thumb of Cartel Ivec.She and her cousin, Novia, would often be used to make deliveries and would sometimes run small petty scams on people.
Early Adulthood
Unfortunately, Ivec had a fetish for Chiuvi, and started taking a shine to her far more than she or her family liked. So, to avoid ending up in his brothel or as one of his personal bodyguards, she (ran away or was sent away, actual story in the works)She joined up with the Eye of Greed gang, under the juristiction of a different cartel, Okram, and took on the name Ragged in the hopes that the distance and hidden nature of her new line of work would keep her off Ivec's radar.
Much to her delight she was joined by her cousin, now going by Nova, so she didn't have to be alone. Though, because of this, she felt responsible for Nova, doing her best to protect her, keep her happy, and set a good example. She wasn't super good at that though, often taking Nova's view of her far to seriously and showing off how much she 'doesn't care' about anyone but Nova in an attempt to appear tough; often going so far as to hide when she's being thoughtful to others.
Some of it is a 'tough' act, to make Nova feel she's safer, and part of it is that Ragged is extreamly awkward and is doing her best to hide that.
