Serla
Iphars is being reworked! Please bear with me!
The serla is a building built in the trees that works as hospital in the Asheks tribes for the ill and wounded. There is only one in each tribe and two people work on it, the healer and the guardian, and it is accessed by an elevator.
The building is always located as far as possible from where the Afreys lives (if there is any on the tribe) and its built in the trees to avoid as many dangerous animals as possible.
The building is connected to a house by a bridge, where the healer (and possibly the guardian) lives, and between the two buildings, there is always at least one person, thought it is typical to find both healer and guardian.

Healing for everyone
The healer will not deny help to anyone and will even heal animals. They shall not involve feelings into their job and no one shall touch the patient other than the healer or the guardian.
Access
To access the building, there is a simple elevator that consist of a rope, a couple of wheels and a plank. The elevator is almost always at the top, where the entrance is, so to access, the visitor has to pull a different rope that is connected to two bells, one at the medical building and the other at the house.
The healer will always be at one of the two buildings, only leaving it if the Afreys needs medical attention and if they leave, someone must stay up there to operate the elevator once the healer is back.
The rest of the time, if someone needs medical help they shall go to the Serla alone or ask for the help of the guardian, who will help them arrive at the Serla if they cannot move be it by pain or by injuries or others.
This is very interesting. What happens if there are many people in need of a healer, or if the healer themselves gets sick? Also, why do they build as far away from the Afreys as possible in the tribe? Great article :)
The tribes aren't usually bigger than 20 individuals and if it's bigger, they build another serla, they don't usually have a problem with space, if the healer is sick, the guardian should know enough to help them, if not the student of the healer should be able to help, but if none are available, then the rare cases of losing the serla happen (which happened with the foreign healer)
Love to code, but this one is driving me crazy!
