Gatherers of the Past
Iphars is being reworked! Please bear with me!
They were founded aprox 50 years ago, when the dawn of magic happened and people saw things fall from the sky.
It was originally formed of people from Kliras who were fond of the ocean and were interested into archeology, either by knowledge or for selling it at, possible, good amount of money. Their job was to go epxlore whatever had fallen into the oceans surrounding kliras
As the Ashtarians started making themselves know to the ipharians, the organization realized whwat they were gathering was more important (possibly) than they expected. The organization slowly started growing and their base of operation slowly turned in the town of Etetol.
As the organization become aware of Sirens and it started growing, they offered the sirens a place to live in exchange of them helping the organization with their job. The sirens joined and the work of the organization improved a lot.
The organization, initially ruled by one person, started being ruled by two people,one from Ashtara and one from Iphars. This division of power ended up being very beneficial to the organization, as the leaders could specialize on different parts of the job that were needed for the organization to keep alive and their productivity increased. The rank of the leaders was named Kelketenta, which means gatherer in charge in the language of the first ashtarian Kelketena.
The organization got in trouble once with the leaders of the Vagrigh island, as they occupied territory and even founded a town without consent of the leader of Vagrigh. The dispute was closed after the gatherers payed a fee to the government, started payinga annual taxes for their town and promised to be under the rules of Vagrigh, which luckily for them didn't make them hcange a lot their town or organization.
