These canes are made out of dragon bone. Specifically the tailbone. It is not possible to make it out of a normal dragon, it has to be an Ancient.
These canes are very rare and few people know how to make them and who the first person who made one was.
The canes, like the name implies, are used to summon people from other worlds into the world of Idyll. Like all artifacts, mana will first have to be stored in the cane before it can be used. But this means that even people with very small Mana pools can use one of these canes even though they require a huge amount of mana to be used.
