Rewards Granted

  • Exposed to gross & stale Goblin air, aptly called "Foul Air".
  • Being heroic AF and saving the day.
  • Tremainn was granted entry into the Megapede's mouth and also had the privilege of being struck by lightening...twice.
  • William was gifted a rudimentary drawing of himself fighting the Megapede from his most devoted disciple.
  • Vormund suffered 8 minutes of madness.
  • 2,540 GP worth of marbles richer thanks to Vormund's fundraising in Lelk's name.
  • We leveled up!

Missions/Quests Completed

  • Sorrow used her dragon wings for the first time.
  • Defeated & Killed the Megapede with the power of friendship.
  • Avoided death like badasses, some of us more than others.
  • Once Vormund delivered the killing blow, he experienced memories from the Megapede. He saw a planet with wispy/weird foliage and got the impression that everything was infected. On the planet were hundreds of megapede eggs. Then a much bigger megapede (about four times the size of the one that we fought) was rushing towards him, intent on killing but Vormund came out of the memory before anything happened. Vormund suffered 8 minutes of madness from his experience.
  • Tremainn, although literally on the cusp of death, saved William from falling once the chains broke away from the ship. He also thought very quickly in the moment and Vortex Warped Lelk to him midair after he saw that Sorrow's rescue attempt was failing.
  • After the chains fell from the ship, Tremainn and Vormund saw a wave of arrows headed toward us from the rest of the pirate crew. Tremainn used himself to shield Lelk and William but the arrows do not pass through the air shield surrounding the ship.
  • We saved the city from certain doom, maybe? The space pirate ship seemed to fold in on itself and then disappear, seemingly from Brudenia's defenses but maybe they made a quick escape? To be determined. But this exit caused a magical e.m.p. which rendered any magical items nearby temporarily non-magical - making Tremainn's winged boots just regular boots. But Sorrow and Vormund were able to catch Tremainn (while he still lovingly held onto Lelk and William) and fly everyone to the ground.
  • Dryjog kept The Scarlet Candle unscathed, not from the goodness of his heart but for coin from River.
  • Lelk, riding the high from her adrenaline and cheers of her fans, persuaded the Goblins in The Scarlet Candle to purchase top shelf drinks. Lelk was then able to persuade the Goblin Harem to help carry the carriage we would take to Kallum's workshop. This worked out well for us but not great for the Goblins and made for a bumpy ride.

Character(s) interacted with

  • Dryjog
  • River Windrunner
  • First floor bartender (name still unknown but now MIA)
  • Megapede, aka mega pain in the ass
  • Goblin Pirate Crew (including Lelk the Jammer, maybe?)
  • Ominous cloaked Brudenian weirdos
  • Lelk's Goblin Harem/Fan Club
  • Brief appearance by Bruiser

Notes

After we are in the carriage, Dryjog played with the window tinting. turning it on and off. This caused most of us to notice scratching into one of the windows. Vormund & Tremainn could tell that the four ancient elvish runes that were on the window spelled 'Iris'. Unknown if 'Iris' is in reference to a person, the Iris of an eye or perhaps a flower. We arrived at Kallum's workshop, finally, to get Tremainn his much needed repairs.
