Khath'im's Girl
Khath'im's girl is a young female child who is often, but not always found in close proximity to Khath'im.
History
Nothing is known of her past, not even her name. What is known is that she is far older than her appearance would suggest. The earliest definite reports of her presence date to the late 1810s, although there are indications that she may be even older than that.
Notes
Khath'im never addresses her directly; it's not known what he calls her. She, in turn, never speaks, either in Khath'im's presence or on occasions when she appears alone.
While she is most often seen in accompaniment of Khath'im, she occasionally runs errands for him. While these are generally limited to the city of London, on at least one occasion she ventured to Liverpool to deliver a message. Efforts made at the time to trace her travels between London and Liverpool were unsuccessful.
There would appear to be some form of psychic communication between her and Khath'im, as she will spontaneously act as if upon his orders. Most often, this takes the form of handing someone an item from her pouch, or conversely, receiving something and then placing it in her pouch. When the two are out in public, she stands still, but her eyes are constantly moving. There have been reports that he has reacted to people or events that he could not have seen, but that she could.
Khath'im's girl's pouch is almost legendary. While no item removed from or placed inside of it is ever too large to physically fit, the pouch never shows any indication of having bulky or heavy contents. Further, the pouch always seems to contain whatever it is that Khath'im requires, even when unforeseen circumstances arise.
