Significans Personae
In addition to their own personnel records, the Service maintains files on individuals of interest. These include both humans and the denizens of other Realms that have come to the attention of the Service. These records are kept in the Archive and are largely based upon reports from Investigators and Housekeeping, although most major cities has an Archivist who scours the local newspapers, looking for people who should be added.
