The Abrites are the human majority of the country of Ahebran on the continent of Viretia. They have a range of skin colours from golden to dark brown, with those from the more rural north tending to be darker. The north is the hotter, dryer area of the country, close to the borders of Roshan.
The country is rather sparsely inhabited, with the majority of people clustered in settlements along the banks of the Sahana, or along the coastlines to the south and west.
The Sun is extremely important to the Abrites, and it forms the basis of their religion. It is also integral to their daily lives, with much of their year influenced by its movements.
