Roshan is a country in central Viretia. Its south is covered in sandy desert, and boasts some of the hottest temperatures on the planet. The rest of the country is rocky grassland, as well as some scant scrubby woodland in to the east.
The northern grasslands in particular are prone to tornadoes in the spring and early summer. As a result, the majority of Roshani settlements and architecture are constructed underground, including the royal palace.
