Argony is a mid-sized island in the Grey Waters, stretching about thirty miles at its widest point. It is mostly flat, covered in wild grasses and rocks, and has quite a windy climate. There are no trees on the island, so the Argonish have adapted to a woodless existence. There are more sheep on the island than there are humans.
The island is currently under the rule of Serukis; the Argonish give regular taxes in the form of goods such as textiles and meat, as much of the island still operates under a barter system and rarely uses coin.
