Recipe Directions
Season the steaks with salt, pepper, chili powder, and smoked paprika.Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks to your desired doneness.
Just before removing the steaks from the pan, sprinkle the grated dark chocolate over them, allowing it to melt slightly with the residual heat.
