Angelic Salmon with a Citrus-Herb Glaze

Salmon is a versatile and richly flavored fish that, when prepared with a light, citrus-herb glaze, can provide a meal that's both nourishing and heavenly.

Recipe Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice and zest, lemon juice and zest, honey, and minced garlic.
Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush generously with the citrus-herb mixture.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh dill and parsley before serving.
