Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gradually add sugar, beating until the meringue is glossy. Fold in vanilla, vinegar, and cornstarch.Spoon the meringue onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a circular shape, creating a well in the center.
Bake at 250°F (120°C) for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the pavlova cool completely inside.
Fill the center with whipped cream and top with blackberries. Garnish with mint leaves and edible flowers for an enchanting presentation.
