These magical devices, resembling tarot cards in form, facilitated a novel means of interaction, akin to a mystical video chat.

Inspiration

The inception of the Ceangailín Físeoir is traced back to the early-mid 1880's, when the El-Sod were first exposed to the conceptual underpinnings of what, would manifest as photography and the telephone. It was Robin Goodfellow, with his own agendas, who conceived this amalgamation of sight and sound communication. Drawing inspiration from the theoretical essence of capturing images and voices, Goodfellow sought to intertwine these notions with the arcane, thus birthing a new mode of connectivity.

Crafting

Crafting a Ceangailín Físeoir deck is an endeavor of personal expression and magical prowess. Each card is meticulously fashioned by its owner, encapsulating the essence of the individuals within their circle through diverse artistic mediums — be it through the strokes of a painter like Eirikr or the more straightforward approach of others who favor realism or iconic representations. Operationas

Operationally, these devices offer a seamless experience. When activated, the user is presented with a vivid representation of the recipient and their surroundings, facilitating an immersive conversation. In the absence of their deck, the recipient receives an audio-only communication, ensuring the connection persists.

Privacy

Privacy measures allow recipients to discreetly manage their availability, akin to the strategic maneuvers of a chess game, thus respecting the delicate balance between connectivity and solitude. If you wish to reject an incoming call you sinply need to think that when the call comes in. For "Do-not-Disturb", simply take your own card in the deck and either activate a call to yourself "creating a magic busy signal for incoming calls" or place it backwards in your own deck for complete privacy.
