Recipe Directions
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl and let stand for 5 minutes to soften.In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, honey, and lavender over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain to remove lavender.
Reheat the cream mixture gently, then add the softened gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved. Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes or molds. Chill for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Garnish with edible flowers before serving, adding a touch of beauty and elegance.
