Nibble's Nerdcave

Hi! Welcome to my Nerdcave, I'm Nibble! Put your laptop on a spot, get yourself a nice drink from the fridge, or grab a cup of our magical black elixir of life! There's a wide variety of both coffee and tea you can choose, freshly restocked every day so you don't have to go without while working on your project. Most importantly, meet other people and have some fun!

Nibble's Nerdcave is the local Hackerspace of Computer Adventures. The term "Hackerspace" may sound intimidating, but it really is not. Contrary to what the name might suggest, the goal of the space is not to teach hacking. At least, not in the malicious ways that people portait cybersecurity nerds. Of course, you might learn a thing or two about hacking so you can perform them on your own devices. That said, this space is for everyone, regardless of your background.   The goal of Nibble's Nerdcave is simple, really.

Let's break things! I mean, learn things! You can learn a lot from breaking things, although not everyone might like you equally after that.. Anyway, Nibble's Nerdcave is a space where you can find likeminded people. You can work together on projects, or just enjoy each others company while you're working on your project and I'm working on mine. Nibble is often around to teach you new things about computers, but it knows a lot about other subjects as well.

As the space grows, events might pop up. Maybe some study sessions or seminars, but also writing challenges. Especially during big events on WorldAnvil such as WorldEmber and Summer Camp you might find some increased writing and worldbuilding traffic in the Nerdcave as people hype themselves for the challenges.

Everyone is free to join the Nerdcave! Don't know anything about computers? Not a problem at all! You can talk about worldbuilding, writing, science, and a ton of other subjects at this hackerspace. The biggest nerd of them all even practises piano in here from time to time!

"You can learn a lot from breaking things, although not everyone might like you equally after that" Just don't break other people or other people's things and you're fine! ... probably :D
